Common HVAC Questions
We hear a lot of the same questions from homeowners before they schedule service. Here are straightforward answers to the ones that come up most often.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the $150 diagnostic fee?
When you reach out to us, we want you to feel confident about what to expect. We do have a $150 diagnostic fee to come out and take a thorough look at your system. If you decide to move forward with the repair, that fee is applied toward the cost of the work
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Georgetown, TX and serve residential customers throughout the surrounding area, including Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Hutto, Lago Vista, Jonestown, Salado, Bertram, Pflugerville, and Jarrell. If you’re not sure whether we cover your location, just call and we’ll tell you right away.
What is your scope of work?
Our services primarily focus on residential HVAC systems, but we also handle light commercial projects, including service apartments and multi-family buildings. This allows us to maintain a high level of expertise while meeting the needs of both homeowners and small commercial properties.
Is financing available?
Yes. We offer financing options for qualified customers to help manage the cost of larger repairs and installations. Ask us about it when you contact us.
How do I book a service call?
You can call or text us at (512) 878-9637, email us at [email protected], or book directly online through the booking link on our site. We’ll confirm your appointment quickly.
Who actually comes to my house when I book a service call?
Manny, the owner and a licensed HVAC technician, handles service calls. You won’t be dealing with a revolving door of unfamiliar technicians — you’re working directly with the owner, and as the team grows, you can expect that same level of care and consistency from everyone who represents the company.
How long does a typical service visit take?
It really depends — every job is a little different. We don’t set a standard timeframe because each system and issue is unique. After taking a look, we’ll let you know what to expect and how long it should take.
My HVAC system is fairly new. Do I still need maintenance?
Yes. No matter the age of your system, regular maintenance is important. We recommend bi-annual inspections — one for cooling and one for heating — to keep your system running efficiently and to catch potential issues early. Routine service can also help protect your manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you offer a Maintenance Plan?
Yes! We offer a maintenance inspection plan that is bi-annual heating/cooling inspection.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes! Both the office staff and technician speak fluently.
